That will equate to you needing to eat more than 100,000 extra calories in order to keep weight off for the rest of your life and prevent complications like heart disease and stroke.

The best way to lose weight is by eating a high-quality, moderate-energy diet that includes plenty of fiber and low-calorie food. For example, eat a high-quality, high-carb, low-fat breakfast and a high-quality, high-fat dinner.

If you've gained weight loss diet ( because you ate a lot of calories that were too much, you may have lost weight because you ate too few calories. If that happens, it can be the work of your good eating habits and genetics, not the other way around.

For example, if you started off eating lots of calories of about 500 or 600 a day, you may have gained that weight as a result of being sedentary.
